is there an option to not install it since the only one i use is english
it's literally 20.5gb that im never going to use

Eeek! Guys I'm English. My language selection in game, steam and windows is all English..... Yet I'm getting a 20gb update (presumedly the new voice-overs?)
Whyyyyy? Shouldn't it be a DLC so we don't waste time and space having to download it when we don't need it?
