Problems with Power Armor?

I was just wondering if anyone is having problems with their power armor?

I've ran the power cell down and taken the armor to the armor stand amd tried to put in a new power cell but there is no option for me to add a new power cell just to wear or exchange inventory items,

there is no option to do this, I have quit and restarted the game, shut it down and restarted and it is not giving me the option to a new power cell to the power armor or to replace the depleted cell.

do transfer, then move the power cell from your inventory to the armors inventory, or just get in it and it automatically replenishes itself.

So what does the core indicator show when you are inside the armor?
Any spare cores detected?

you don;t need to go to the craft table just exit armor anywhere transfer the new battery and make sure to take out the old one, then just enter.

ah, i think i see where the problem is, when i try this I am only seeing the inventory and armor lists, it isn't cycling through the other parts of my inventory,

I'm only lvl 6 so re-starting is an option if there's a bug with this, had thought I'd already replaced the armor cell so this could be from much earlier in my game.

Exit the armour.
Walk up behind it, and when you get the inventory window pop up, click R (or whatever your transfer button is).
Move the replacement fusion core to the suit.

It should actually replenish the cores automatically.

I'm on console, so yeah... asked here because you guys know what you're talking about most of the time and am going to take this as being a console exclusive glitch (oh you got to love these console exclusives, lol) just spurring me on to get my computer fixed so I can play it on PC.

I'm seeing the same glitch on the PC version.
I have the fusion cell in my inventory, but when I try to transfer to the empty power suit, all I see listed are the parts of the suit. No empty fusion cell to remove, and my inventory shows as completely empty.

I actually was looking at the wrong item I was looking at the fusion things you use for energy weapons rather than the power source for the armor so was my own stupid fault for not knowing what I was looking for.

@Hilldigger if you are having that problem would suggest maybe going back to a previous save if you can without losing too much progress and seeing if you can add the extra one to the inventory of the power armour.
