Scrounger perk level 4, is it me or...
OK, in two different games I had the Scrounger perk at level 3, and was finding ammo EVERYWHERE.
Filing cabinets, desks, coolers etc, but I don't know if it's ME or if Scrounger level 4 is bugged, but it seems that both times in two different games when I took the final level of Scrounger, all of a sudden the filing cabinets were empty, where at level 3, there would ALWAYS be ammo in them.

Can anybody else verify?

Does level 4 just make the more rare ammo show up more?

Because I'm sure I noticed the availability of ammo all of a sudden go down when I took the last level of the perk.

Might be glitched because other perks are kinda bugged, but i dont even have the perk and I have loads of ammo anyway.

Here is a mod that might help but its up to you if you want to download it

Ah Thanks!
That's one thing I DID notice, is that 10mm ammo seemed really sparse, even with the Scrounger perk

I'd equip any other gun I had and the ammo counter would say 999, if I equipped the 10mm or shotgun, the ammo would always be really low

I see it's the beginning of an "Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch" already

Yeah I swear. don't they normally only take a month for this? 2016 feels like forever. I just want the numbers behind everything that happens so I can sit around and do math. I'm to lazy to mod.

I think this may be the case. Weren't there some other perks where the last rank in it was bugged?

well I can tell you one thing, some really great mods for Skyrim took over 2 years to make, so imagine as good of a mod for fallout 4 and they dont release it until sometime next year. So possibly some great mods wont be done until after 2018

Big leagues is a major one

Also if you took certain perks "out of order" like Ninja, Cloak & Dagger, and Sandman

If you take them in the wrong order you end up doing LESS damage
Someone found that if you take them in either of these two orders, then the damage will stack properly

Ninja 1, 2, 3 ---> Sandman 1, 2, 3 ---> Cloak & Dagger (from companion)
Ninja 1, 2, 3 ---> Cloak & Dagger ---> Sandman 1, 2, 3

You'll get full damage, any other order will reduce the damage
