How to restore power elevator Mass Fusion after quest ?

Finally completing the main storyline and I can't seem to get back up to the level with the glass floor to restore the power after completing the quest unless I'm missing something obvious.
The Wiki also says there's a development manager terminal in the first level but I can't seem to find it.
Is there a way back up without no clip ?

The only way I know to get back up is with a suit of power armor, with a jetpack. There might be some wall climbing hacks that you can use to get up there. But I've never used them, so I'm not entirely sure how they work. Youtube if probably your best bet here, if you dont have the science skill to get the jetpack.

yeah I tried the jet pack but couldn't quite get it, ended up using no clip lol.

Generally speaking if you didn't do this during the quest, you cannot do that after the quest would have rendered your game post-point-of-no-return.
