The update was very good? (My experience)
In my experience and testing the game for an hour, I experienced no crashes, not a single mod out of the 36 I have was affected (at least that's what I've noticed), plus achievements are disabled again as they originally were if you use mods).
I noticed a considerable increase in performance in certain areas that previously had fps drops, and well the truth is that the game looks better, for now I can say that the update was favorable for me. What was your experience?

Meanwhile lots of people can't even launch the game anymore...

it's been fine for me too, and I suspect for the vast majority of others that are playing the game right now. There's always a small minority that will run into issues and an even smaller, much more vocal minority, that will make up issues for attention.

Update broke mods, it's a bethesda game with no mods.
I dont think I need to say anything more than that.

It does not look better. That claim ruined all of your credibility. They didn’t make a single visual change, except for giving consoles access to PC’s Ultra settings. The PC version remains identical.

For those whining about it breaking mods; it’s not Bethesda’s job to maintain mod functionality. With updates comes some broken mods. There’s no way around it, except to not ever update the game again.

The small minority is EVERY person with an ultrawide trying to get past char creation.

Do you know how to enable achievements again? I have a mod that enables them but with this update this mod is deactivated.

Either play without mods or wait for the mod to be updated.

At the moment there is no solution, there was a method that was to change some parameters in the game files but it stopped working, I already tried it.

Yeah, I lost 25 FPS to some unknown thing Bethesda changed and didn't mention it in the change log. It's unplayable without lowering my graphics settings, where it ran fine with max settings before the patch (minus the lockpicking, which was way too fast and broke picks in 1/2 of a second). My new computer's blazing fast, and was getting at least 60 FPS smooth as glass in F4, but not after this patch. Support ticket created.
