How to get monsters in cages?
How would I get a deathclaw in a cage? I've been waiting but they never show up, what should I do?

sleep for 24 hours and check, and keep going back to sleep untill the cages are closed, max it will take is 7 sleeps

try going to a different settlement and wait. i had tons of cages in sanctuary and abernathy farm.
i slept for like 10 days in sanctuary and filled 4 out of 15-20 cages, i fast traveled to abernathy farm and all 10 cages were full in the same amount of time.

also don't forget to check often if your cages need to be "repaired" attackers and your own turrets will ruin your cages and sometimes need to be repaired.

Alright, thanks for the quick response, I'll go and sleep for a bit then watch someone get torn apart by a deathclaw. Thanks!

First of all it HAS to be powered, but i'm sure everyone did this, then as everyone else said just wait, come back maybe every day or so that seems to do it.
