Automatron hands down
if it wasn't for the fact i have the seasons pass
I wouldn't even own wasteland.

Wasteland Workshop adds new settlement assets, if you're into settlement building or want a little more out of it, then get that.
Sample:

• Adds new neon signs and building assets

Automatron is an entirely new questline, that allows you to build robots and fit them with weapons

• You can make robot companions, with hundreds of combinations of parts

fun fact when 2 of your robots fight to the death (yes 1 of them will explode) the happiness goes up a bit =)

Homeaker (user made mod) + Settlement Objects Expansion pack (User made mod) adds hundreds of things to the build menu, and they're free

Wasteland Workshop adds maybe a hundred things, and some half baked arena idea that's completely broken because the AI is so stupid that the entire settlement starts fighting with the combatants in the arena

Automatron does add a new questline, sure, but it's extremely short. Like, 2 hours short. I've honestly had way more hours and fun with Wasteland Workshop.

Automotron. WW is a nice addition to the settlements, that it, mostly cosmetic, some arena fighting. Automatron has some plot and a new feature.

Automatron has a good story and robot building. WW has nice walls and arenas. Most people will probably appreciate Automatron more, for the story.
