Has anyone tried making a new settlement using the "player.placeatme c1aeb" console command?

I just tried it for the first time and it was kind of disappointing. Now I realize I'm trying to make a settlement out of a place that wasn't intended for it. But my biggest problem is with the scraping. You go into a place to clear it out and half the stuff you cant get rid of. you can get rid of chairs but if they are tipped over you cant scrap them. One car you can scrap and the next you cant. Some of it I was able to "disable". Like the ugly pictures on the walls. But if you scrap some furiture it leaves boxes floating in the air that you cant get rid of. Its there a super command that will get rid of anything you want? I realize some stuff would be game breaking if you got rid of it but things like the arms of the couch that I "disabled". Or the other half of all the rusted cars left behind. No game breakers there. Or all the cardboard boxes with files in them. I can get rid of a small to medium pond but not a broken water cooler. Are there any secrets out there i'm missing?

There is a mod called,Conquest, it is far better way to create settlements,any place you want, and yo u have access to full workshop, and all that goes with it.

or in the consle, select the offending item/building/plant and type "disable", if the item disapears, then wile still having the item selected type "markfordelete" to remove it forever.
If the item you thought you selected did not disapear, then type "enable" with the item still selected so as to not accidentially remove something important.

Save before you start doing this a lot, as you have a lot of power over the world with the console.

Oh, believe me I know. I didn't know about "enable" till a couple of days ago. None of the places I looked at for console commands had it listed with "disable". I accidently "disabled" Piper and then a couple of days later the front door to vault 88. I was soooooo happy when someone on here told be about "enable" I wanted to cry. Lol. I always save a lot when I play so it was no problem to go back and get the codes. The only problem with "disable" is it only works on about half of whats out there. And there isnt any Logic between what you can and cant "disable". You can "disable" the front door to vault 88 but you cant disable the cardboard boxes full of files. You can "disable" the metal barrels with open tops but not the ones that are closed. You can "disable" the front of the truck but not the trailer its pulling. You can "disable" any box or furniture that is used to store stuff but not any boxes or furniture that are unuseable. And on and on and on. I dont understand the logic of "disable" as a tool if you cant use it on anything that isnt game breaking. And it allows you to use it on stuff that can.

I went to vault 114 and set down some work benches in the vault and in the subway tunnel leading into it. I went through out the whole thing and scraped everything I could find. But when I went out of workshop mode it would let me access the scrap. It said I need to get rid of all the hostles first. Only thing is there wasn't a soul alive in the whole place. A few bodies that wouldn't go away on there own. So I "disable"ed them. Except for one that wouldn't let me. Not even a skeleton is left. So why cant I access the work bench. I'm in God Mode so I can access the scraping mode. But I have tried both in and out of God mode. Any ideas?

The problem with Conquest is it's issues with scrapping. First time I tried making a settlement with it I couldn't scrap much, even with the Scrap Everything mod. That might have been an issue on my end that I'll figure out later on though, so I may just have been misled by my own experiences

Yea, Im trying to go console only without mods so I can get all the achievements when Nuka World comes out. After that its mods here I come. Lol
