Black screen usually means either third party application interfering with the game, or memory issues. It isn't common to see issue like that coming from any mod file in load order.
If any file is causing the problem, then it is most likely in Fallout 4 root folder.
It can show if game is throwing stack dumps though. If you see such entries, then save file is pretty much toasted. Something is reserving Papyrus time so much that scripts start failing and dumps begin.
Reading logs requires understanding about how the system works. Papyrus log records everything. Therefore it can be very misleading. Many people have mistakenly uninstalled a bunch of mods, or installed horde of mods they do not need, because log also records soft dependency checks, marking missing soft dependencies like there would be an actual issue.
One way to test this other than waiting then just hitting the key to select the ok in the popup would be to make a profile with no mods go to the point you are outside the house then add each mod to that profile one at a time and see if one causes a pop up message.
Hmm... good point. It could be DEF_UI, if Arlyana is using it and didn't create preset with executable. Without INV extension it wouldn't show in load order.
As a side note: I thought for a longest time that your avatar is Abraham Lincoln. Don't as me why. I still see it every now and again.
Well the face does look a little like him if he had a beard and a hat like Lincoln he could probably pass as him but its actually the character from an old video game. I think the game was called serious sam if I recall correctly.
