Is there a way to recruit Piper again after refusing her for the first time?

talk to her again, pretty sure she'll join whenever after the interview or whatever.

i went back multiple times to talk to her but i am not getting any dialog to recruit her again. Is there any quest that i need to complete to get the dialog or commands in the console to fix this?

You need to do her interview.

I did the first interview and refused her traveling together. now when i talk to her i don't get anymore dialog options.

Did you check the fandom wiki? The entry on Piper or that quest might mention bugs.

she doesn't join you during certain parts of the main quest. parts where you need to be with nick I think.

after you go to Fort Hagen you talk to piper again. i think shes available again to become your companion, if you refused her the first time.
