We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In the meantime, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you !

How did they fix it for you?
It just started working. I think they fixed their servers. Its an old game and sometimes their server-side features (i.e. world market) break.
Does it not work for you now?
Yeah their service in my region stopped working a week after yours did, but till today still has not resolved.
Thanks for chiming in though :)
Hi Ubi_Masslia,
Is the issue still being investigated? It was solved for Turkumania's region on 14th July but started in my region around July 11th and is still on going.
@Hodor Just wanted to double-check, do you still encounter the issue in game for the World market not able to establish a connection? If yes, could you try these steps and see if this may help to resolve the issue for you?
1. Close Ubisoft Connect completely from the Taskmanager and first, make sure that the launcher and the game are whitelisted within your Antivirus / Firewall, to avoid any conflicts when the client is trying to connect to the servers
2. Once that is done, please go to the installation location of the folder which in default is under the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\
3. Delete the following Folders: "cache" "crash" "logs" and "shareplay". Additionally, when you scroll down, there should be a txt file named "version.txt" Delete that one as well.
4. Delete the Download Cache on Steam. That can help with certain issues.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you keep note of your login details for both Ubisoft and Steam as you get asked to log in again once clearing the caches.
5. Once logged into Steam, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
6. Then type "Run" in the windows search bar in the bottom left corner, open it and type %programdata%. Once there, Delete the Ubisoft Folder.
7. Type %Appdata% (same way as mentioned in step 3) then > click local > and delete the Ubisoft folder there. Open the temp folder and delete everything in it (please make sure that if certain files cannot be deleted, leave them in there) and close the window
8. Lastly, Type "Settings" in the search bar, then click on "System" > "Storage" and click on temporary files. And remove the files in there (if you do not wish to remove files such as download make sure it's unticked)
Lastly, open "cmd" and type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and it should clear the DNS cache
Restart your PC, login to steam and verify the game files:

Once you start the game over Steam, it should open Ubisoft Connect, and it will then look for patches and download the latest patch and recreate the folders you removed from Step 3.

Apologies for the late reply.
We have reported this issue with World market not being accessible.
We cannot offer you an estimate for a fix, sadly. Please wait.
