Agreed. The FIRST LINE of the description for this software should state CLEARLY if it is for commercial use or not. And THAT should remain LEGAL & BINDING (as long as we save the page & screencap it
for proof!).

We cannot grant you permission to use commercially premade songs unchanged, you have at least use premade clips (loops, samples) in your own composition.
