Disable / lower the slider for "Voices" , "Voice Chat" disable / uncheck, and even music or sound effects.
I have (before hotfix) been able to play an entire match and passed on my find to my chaos brethren who went on to dominate the continually DCing SM's.
Although the chaos side is affected MORE than SM, probably due to the voices or sounds requiring more reverb or effects, but the problem seems to be related to the SOUND PRIORITIZATION Or whatever the patch notes boasted as a vast improvement to "let you know who is speaking," (your character or the match boss or allies)
What type of latency? Like your actual ping in game? or delays in combat or what
