As a primarily chaos space marine, ICANFEELTHEWARP, I have had to contend with them pretty much all the time and I've realized something finally. I love these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. They are damn good at their game mechanics, this forces me to tighten up my playing to the point that I can fist for Nurgle all day long and rip through four dudes on my own with no problem. They have also forced me to expand my awareness of my surroundings and the map. It's put me into a larger frame of reference that allows me to see their movements and try to plan around them; usually a good fisting from behind.
Finally, to address the 'team stacking'. PG is not stacking the space marines; ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lore is stacking them. While 40k has it's different fanboys for each faction, often into sub-factions, Space Marines have the largest. Space Marines have the deepest lore with so much breadth that I rarely come across an Ork, Eldar, or other enthusiast that didn't have a soft spot for a certain chapter of Space Marines. Blame Games Workshop for focusing so much on the one faction, or do what I do; blame Matthew Ward and burn an effigy of him every once in a while to keep the hate seething.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smurfs.
...you dont actually play the game do you...Almost none of the PG members really use in game text chat (other than me really) and since we are on teamspeak, none of us use in game voice chat at all. Also if you had actually played hte game you would know theres not any real time in game to "teabag" dead characters because there are bullets, bombs, grenades, tank spam and all sorts of other stuff going on 24/7. Most characters lives ingame dont last more than 15-30 seconds on average
Oh for the love of Slaanesh, where do I even begin?
PG does not use exploits, they never deliberately bug out the game, why would they? they would get the same ♥♥♥♥ reputation you're trying to project onto them and it would kill recruiting. PG has very controlled reasonable members who at the most curse in fits of anger, but i'v never EVER seen them teabag anyone or spawn camp people. In fact, what most people call 'spawn camping' is just them defending a point, complaining that they won't let them get out of spawn when in reality it's their damn fault for charging directly into their line out of cover from one of the main roads to get gunned down in droves.
They are only 'anti-fun' if you let yourself be defeated by them before the match even starts, there's tools in game for organizing even PUGs to fight them, and win at that! I'v done it more then once. The only people they treat like 'garbage' are people who spit on them for daring to play as a team in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TEAM BASED GAME.
*Drops the mic*
That's simply not my experience with PG, and i'v fought against them dozens of times. If it ever devolves into spawn camping it's the other Space Marines in a match, people it'd be unreasonable to expect them to control, and even then they'll back off to give people a fighting chance if it's severe enough.
If someone did use the invulnerability bug I haven't seen it, nor have I seen anyone come up with actual proof that it happened and considering how much publicity two people team killing in a match gets you'd think it would!
Also: Please stay on the Space Marine side, i'd rather not have to deal with you on Chaos.
- Will accept anyone willing to work as a team regardless of skill level.
- Prioritize Real-Life and make no demands so far as minimum time commitments.
- Generally 18+ guild/outfit...will accept under 18 if you can stay mature.
- Will not tolerate exploiters/hacker within its ranks. (Slight necessity to tolerate exploits while breaking alphas/betas)
- Founded in 2006 With PS1, moved through PS2, now spreading into a community between EC, Starcitizen & other games to come.
Not looking to be MLGl337Pro...Just aiming to be a force to be reckoned.
Aggressive on the Battlefields, Strategic on the Meta (if existing), Knowldgable on the Mechanics, with Respect and without Mercy for their enemies.
PG Leads The Way
Have my bodys finaly piled up to block the door so he cant get out?
PG are good fun to fight. keep it up, you make me play better
Unfortunately, i am not able to join yet. I am not really helpful through lags and my current mouse, but that should be no problem anymore in the future. Also i have a question for you.
Even so i am capable of PvP, i enjoy PvE much more. Now, i only heard rumors, but apparently the PvE content will have in impact in PvP, so do you have plans to create teams especially for PvE?
