You're funny. Bet you sued when Nintendo killed the online for old Pokémon games.
Nope. If they had money they wouldn't be closing shop.
Good luck in court though.
Nah.
Buckle up buttercup because I'm about to explain how the grown up world works:
"Buying Software" entails that you paid for the Intellectual Property associated with the software in question. So unless you paid literal millions in a buy-out to become the copyright owner of the software, you didn't "pay for" anything.
What you bought was a license agreement that granted you permission from the copyright holder to have the software on your machine and run the code and connect to and utilize the servers. As part of the EULA that you agreed to upon purchasing your license to the game, you stated that your license can be revoked at any time for any reason and that the copyright holders are not in any way liable for any interruption of that service, up to and including permanent shutdown of the game servers.
You aren't owed anything, you aren't entitled to compensation, because when you bought the game you gave them permission to terminate your license whenever they please. It is 100% up to the rights holder to decide if they want to offer refunds or not, and they are under absolutely no obligation to make that choice.
Don't like it?
Neither do a lot of people.
Want to stop it?
Then start supporting grassroots Socialist political movements that want to restructure the way copyright works so you actually own the software you "buy" instead of the current structure that is completely dictated in full by Disney and affiliated companies who have turned Copyright in to their own personal money making system, because all the problems you're having right now are the fault of late-stage Capitalism dominated by corporations at the expense of the working class.

This sort of thing has gone to court in some countries actually. It is like saying if I buy a car, I don't own the designs so the company has the right to come back and take my car away. Doesn't work that way.
Also you can load the website just fine, don't be ridiculous: https://i.imgur.com/p8QO2mU.png
