How this game died
I started this game in its begging and the Devs certainly killing it with their lack of "inspiration" but coming back every two years I found the player base had become so toxic to new players it drove them away. Asking simple questions most often got you a f*ck you. Sad as game lives or dies with its fans and 40k has the the most die hard inclusive fans on the planet except here. "The Emperor lives"

lol, look at another dude who's got it all figured out.

you may have been unlucky asking the wrong people, but there's a lot of us around that are helpful and friendly to new players.
and as someone who's been playing this game since 2016 with around 2.5k hrs logged, i can assure you that toxicity was way worse 2-3 years ago.

as can be expected with any and every game that has online interactions, people will be a-holes.

sad your coat isn't thick enough to handle it. ;)

Been here awhile helped a bunch of people out. Gotta remember that no one just plays one game. They make up a community that is way larger than you think. It isn't that this particular player base is toxic. It is just that the few will mess it up for the many. Group association is a dangerous opening of trying to start conversation in your opening. Accusing people who have been here, or are here is a grave mistake and leads to people flaming you just because they can.

People have more than one game, and just because one guy dumped sour milk in your cornflakes on a Saturday morning doesn't mean everyone did it. Also it would help for you to actually get used to disagreements in the world, grow some thick skin. It will help you deal with the real toxic people out there in the world.

There are only like 5 people who are actually toxic on this game and I'm one of them. We never go after new players. I play this game almost every day.

Let's not start implying a toxic playerbase killed this game. That's simply false.

This game was doomed from the beginning like the Challenger Shuttle.

The moment the words "Planetside 2-Level of a Warhammer 40.000 Game" escaped from their mouth, it was over. I have no doubt in the beginning they believed in it, just as much as the backers did, but then, possibly like ~4 years in, and with Bandai Namco in their back, they realized, it was their noose. Their stone, dragging them down into their moist burial.

Good Luck, Neptune!

All the game is at the moment is Chaos Melee and stun lock.

Melee is a paper rock scissors game. If youre getting stunlocked, youre either not reacting fast enough or you try to roll away from melee.

Qxx it's easy getting stunlocked by someone with dbash without really making any mistake besides getting caught by the first stun

This game was a dead on arrival. No fan base or dev choices would of changed that. They swindled founders like myself, released a game barely out of a BETA and then said F-it, denied even my founder bonuses in game, turned into microtransaction trash and left it to rot.

FunkyRomero 13 MAR a las 1:21 p. m.
Yeah , founder here. Got scammed off my money by promising an MMO and delivering a super low quality arenashooter.
FilthyPeasant[λROR] 13 MAR a las 7:28 p. m.
Just play Space Marine. People actually play that to this day because it's probably the most polished 40k shooter around at the moment. That or a modded Arma game but that's a lot more effort.
