I don't know how to fight with ELDAR
Even they all Rank2~4, they still can get all points in 10 mins.
"They only have 153 HP" is a BIG JOKE.
I need to found some way to kill them faster and easier.

use anti infantry weapons
they are weak with bad armor but high damage weapons

Eldar are fast moving but have less health and armor typically.

-Storm/heavy bolters work well because you can spray and if you miss a few shots you'll still do enough dps to win the fight
-Stalker bolters/plasma do a lot of damage but if you miss too many shots you're done for

It can be very personal which weapons you're best with, but my suggestion is trying out a bunch to find your favourite. If nothing else, healers and anti-vehicle are always useful ;)

i'm gonna assume your main faction is loyalists.

tbh every weapon works, bolter is still the most solid. yes, eldar can't stack lots of toughness, so don't waste LP on AP rounds for example, but all these tips are not going to make your faction win vs eldar.

technically a space marine should win every 1v1 vs an eldar. in practice, an eldar is never alone. if you see 1, there's 3 more you currently just can't see. this is a very common thing on lsm side: engage and kill 1 target, make proof of zero situational awareness, start reloading in the middle of a room, get killed by the 2 or 3 other threats he didn't check for. ask yourself how many times you die from something you saw coming, and how often you got killed bcs you didn't pay attention.
eldar are very quick and silent, adapt to it instead of thinking you're fighting something that works like your faction. you've probably seen things like complaining about a scorpion hiding just to interrupt your decap - it's exactly what he should be doing and what you should have expected.

if you are looking to improve vs eldar, don't look at your loadouts, but at your playstyle. most of the time, lsm teams are extremely rigid in their brains. this is not what you want vs eldar. stubbornness may win vs orks or chaos, but eldar just laugh at you, let you camp B and quickly take A and C.
space marines usually lose to eldar bcs they don't adapt to eldar playstyle. lsm teams are usually the slowest in responding to changes on the map, so work on that. a good eldar team will NEVER lose time on 1 point - if they can't get it immediately, they will switch targets very quickly. always be ready to redeploy.

on assault, the best thing eldar can do at start of match is attack all 3 points & find out where resistance is. usually what happens then is they take the other 2 points, let enemy overextended trying to get a lost point back, take the final point, win.
don't let them do that, easy as that.
eldar can't siege a point (if the defending team knows approximately what they are doing) bcs they die way too fast. their only chance is to quickly overwhelm and then snowball.
COMMUNICATE. let your team know where they are needed. C getting capped? the first responder there needs to inform his team if C is in danger or if it's just 1-2 eldar ninjas.

think like your enemy: they are extremely mobile but fragile, so they will NOT come looking for a long siege. it's no use for LSM teams to be running around everywhere, you need concentrated forces on at least 2 points. instead, be where you are needed, and as soon as (or, better, just before) eldar switch targets, REDEPLOY there.

lower your graphic settings. this is no joke. flashy shiny eldar glitter guns and effects can and will destroy your frames per second.

btw: did u know that it takes 50000 people to autistically scream "eldar OP" for 1 single person to actually ask about how to fight them?
