P.S. Boss of the Gym, who is very kind in chat, is not of these "pink unicorns" who are you talking about.
as userperuser states, toxic trashtalk is in every game with online interactions. some people are of the type that when presented with an opportunity to either be an anonymous ♥♥♥♥ or an anonymous good person, they will always chose to be a ♥♥♥♥.
as a general thought: thicken your skin brother. nothing we can do about ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in game without any moderation. you can only learn not to care about what they type. it costs them zero effort to fill the after game chat with obnoxious toxic comments. it will cost you if you react to it in any way. if you notice anger and frustration at their comments, maybe take a break from the game.
i ignore them and just leave a "gg wp" if it was a good match. if i noticed someone (ally or enemy) do something outstanding, i'll go out and positively comment on that. no need to feed the negativity and i've seen time and time again that planting some positive seeds will bring positive feedback.
hope you stick around and if you are new to the game, need some help or wanna cool off in the garrison, feel free to hit me up. am always happy if i can help! :)
I've already quit trying to play the game mainly because of the lack of games i have been able to get as well as due to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the first game i had literally gotten into. I know there are the decent folk in the community as the enemy team simply said gg, instead of decding to try to be asses about beating us
but i get you; we have a very small playerbase, and "active" playtime is during european afternoons/nights which can constitute a problem for asian/american players.
should you ever want to give it another go, this site here gives a good idea about when the population is building its critical mass to start games:

good luck to ya
I had literally started onto that game that day, which i have stopped playing due to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like those and in addition the game does not show you how to mute a player, that is something that has to be learned by experience or looking it up, so instead of being a jackass and jumping onto "mute and move on" you should acknowledge this fact that the game doesnt show someone how to do this. Dont bother with contacting me cause i blocked your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass cause im not dealing with someone who is gonna just do that with "block and move on" ♥♥♥♥
