No Idea, i love the game, but devs suck's. For me, the only way to save this title when he will try to sell it to somebody else

I think a small revival wouldn't be outside the realms of possibility. And i wish it well for that but it'll unlikely amount to much and it will never get back on track towards it's original vision of an mmo shooter set in 40k.
Too late
It's not going to happen, first you'd need to aquire the rights to the game itself and secondly you'd have to get Games workshops approval as it's their IP.
So you better have very deep pockets.

Comparison to Minecraft is pointless. Minecraft was never "dead" and certainly never plagued by such awful development issues.

By remaster it in Unreal 4 or 5 and then expand it as a mmorpg with alot more maps and contents weapons and more ..

there is plenty of lore´s to take from :steamhappy:

Anyone know if there are any discord groups setup for this game?
I think there is nothing ressurect to. It has been resurrected once even it wasnt born yet...lol.. The point is that Devs / Publishers got this game died. All improvement wishes are like dust in the wind. Why?.. coz they didnt finished even the half of what they promised.

Even Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine has at least a greater playerbase ( https://steamcharts.com/app/55150 ). If there were some bots it would keep this game alive.

But in real... why should they(pub/dev) even bother resurrect an dead horse.
In that business economy is everything that counts.

In my opinion ... new attempt .. new title... less promises .. more solid rock...
This is what I am waiting for. Till then.... Exterminatus SM40k

Yeah let the game die

Let the dead rest. This was and is one of the biggest failures of gaming history. Promised to be a game-changer, delivered ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Poncha on YouTube just made an hour-long documentary detailing just how badly these devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, and it was very cathartic to watch. This game deserves it's place in the gaming graveyard.

in a nutshell from what I see most want it dead and the other to sell to someone else, Guys come on we are a community and not a bunch of jerks please, if Minecraft is resuscitated from its community, why we can't do it the same with EC ? sorry i sue google translate

I don't want EC dead, unless its death opens up an opportunity for a new attempt at a battlefield or planetside like 40k shooter. But it's going to receive zero investment, it will never draw the numbers and support to garner a revival. The game engine is just not good enough for the game to one day become what people hoped for it to be. Even with investment. They would literally have to start from scratch, porting over only certain ideas and concepts in a new game engine.

Bruh you can't revive eternal crusade. It's beyond salvaging and at this point you're basically just defiling it's corpse.
