There is a bonus for winning a match. It is based on your performance and survivability during the match. The less you die, the more points you are present for the capping of, the more kills and assists you get and the more rescues/heals you perform increase that end-of-match win bonus.
The most reliable means to get xp is to stay with the squad and make an effort to be a part of capturing/interrupting captures. You get experience for every kill your squad-mates get, you get experience for assists, you stay alive longer so that you can make more kills, you're more likely to capture a point when you're with a group than when solo.
Anti-vehicle might get you good experience, but it will get you killed alot, and not every match has a lot of A-V needs in it. If your side is defending, then take a Tactical class with an A-V weapon and Melta and destroy transports as they try to cap points. Or in a Fortress map, kill tanks with a Lascannon/Zzapgun. In Ticket maps, don't do A-V, as it will cost tickets and reduce your experience bonus at the end.
Playing support can get you alot of experience points if you stay with the team. Either as a healer, or using a weapon with Suppression properly, you can get a large number of support assists from Buffs or Suppression.
Ultimately, it should be quite obvious how to get the most experience: Play to the objectives, and work with your team. Solo players are punished, pure and simple.
my closest it 52... on a hold the line as a havoc...
Sure there is bonus xp at the end of the match if you win, e.g. "+720 xp Match won"
Play PvE. Even if you do not win, the rewards should be >3k which should be more than you do in pvp.
But you really don't need to win in this game. The win bonus isn't that great, and its possible to get >5k exp despite losing a match.

I think the biggest XP giving activities are being on a point when your team caps it, being on a point when your team interrupts an enemy cap, and killing/assisting with killing vehicles
2) Play Support and Heal / Rescue Allies whenever possible, you can even do this from the second line so you are in less danger of dying.
3) Stay on the point when it is being Captured as that alone gives you 400 XP, unless it is marked by a Squad Leader as that will net you with 500 XP.
4) If you have the opportunity and the area is safe, then you can execute the enemy and get 100 XP for it (300 XP for Elites and Veterans).
5) Hunt Vehicles, for LSM / CSM you can always take a Predator to cruise around when doing so (stay near the Predator so you can tab E to escape if an enemy attacks you). I prefer using the Multi-Melta as LSM / CSM due to it being good against Infantry and Vehicle but the Lascannon is fine too. For Eldar the Fire Dragon with double Melta Bomb is the way to go (Rank 4), before that the Starshot (Reaper Launcher Alt Fire-Mode, press X) or Melta Bomb + Fusion Gun is good. Orkz can always use the Zzap Deffgun (Lascannon), but their other choices are ok too.
6) Always bring a Krak Grenade if possible, as even if it won't take out the Vehicle it will allow you to get an Assist and it is great against Infantry too.
7) If you use a Power Weapon you can always just hit the Vehicles a few times to get an Assist, even if it does negligeble damage. Same with Plasma Weapons.
8) If you see a Squad with a decent amount of member (preferable Clan Members) you can always join that Squad and try to follow them around, as you get XP for being near the Squad Mate who kills an enemy and lots of other stuff. In most cases they won't get annoy if they have an extra Support or something like that around ^^
That is the small tips I can remember of the top of my head.
2. Defend points, if no one else wants to defend a point then you stay on it atleast to defend it.
3. Destroy vehicles.
4. Execute enemies WHEN POSSIBLE and safe.
5. Suppress enemies.
6. Mark enemies by tapping Q on them.
7. Down an enemy, wait for them to be healed so they get up and down them again and repeat for easy exp.
