By the way I am so disappointed by the plain rapier here

The piercing weapons like rapier were my favorite in 1 and 2. Here I don't use them because the short swords are quite good/fast and light and I would end up with one of them rather.

But if I have to chose one to play with I guess would be the Estoc

Overall, I'd say the Estoc. Good moveset, good range, good running attack and decent scaling and damage.

Raven quills have quite good damage, very good range (as for rapier) and its WA actually has some HA.
Mine favourite rapier.

What is the best rapier in your opinoin? I have never used one in PvP lol

Crow Quills has an...OKAY moveset, but like Katanas it suffers from being part of a family of incredibly bad weapons. Very little range, hardly an opportunity to outspace someone not using a straight sword, and someone with a straight sword is faster than you. The WA is also, quite literally, useless in every way. The leap into knives is not only telegraphed, but the knives do LESS DAMAGE THAN A THROWING KNIFE. The thrust is okay, basically shield splitter without the shield split, but if I want that then why not Estoc? A great weapon wasted on being a part of the second worst weapon class in the game.

As for the "best rapier" in PVP to answer your question, it's a mediocre-at-best tie between Estoc and Ricard's Rapier. Estoc used to be broken before it was nerfed, so now you just sort of...poke people. It's not very effective, but it's better than a broken straight sword. Ricard's Rapier actually has an AMAZING weapon art, and with the right build it can quite literally shred people into bits. The only problem being...it's a rapier. Its entire moveset is trash, barring that weapon art.

I'm more of a Rapier man myself. Used Estoc and Crow Quills, and I still end up using the Rapier in the end plus it has a crit of 130 which is the highest of all non-dagger weapons.

Pretty much my ranking of them:
1. Rapier.
2. Estoc.
3. Ricard's Rapier.

regular rapier has the best backstab grab in the game. works best functioning as that but its still a good weapon.
