so, you know about the fracture, right? where the hollow king betrayed the portal knights and destroyed the world, fracturing it, well, in the elf DLC they have these things called rifts, now, the rifts are said to come a little prior to the fracture, what if the rifts are a sign there will be a fracture?

other than that, it is rummered that the elven king in feynore wants to work with the hollow dimension to become a hollow king or something, and guess what happens when he is trying? RIFTS, also, in the portal knight snctuary there was a guard telling us that the fight might be over, but not for long for there is something pulling the strings of the hollow king, guess who is introduced as a guy in the rifts? asmodai, what do we know of him? NOTHING, but we do know he is connected to the souls (rift souls) so maybe, just maybe, the real big bad is asmodai, who is trying to corrupt (aka fracture) as many worlds as possible for power or something, and so, we need to stop him

and this is where i come in! well... not lore-wise but itll be nice, currently im making a build which is all about preparing and researching the rifts (labs, armories, whatever), and so, when asmodai tries to fracture again, we (the community and the E.R.E (elite rift excavators) will be ready, because no one's worlds deserves to be dessimated
