change the date on your computer so it match the event time, and the game will think its time for that event. works for all seasonal events.

What I use:

Halloween - October 31st

Christmas / Winter Wonderland - December 26th

The Emperor's Courier / Spring Festival - February 20th

Egg Hunt - April 14th

Also make sure you use the past year, 2016, for halloween / christmas.
