So, one can produce limitless money for the 'unlock' expenses by going to hangar, recycling all the parts in your ship, then dying.

This kind of ruins the flow of the game, so try it only if you're super excited to try out the gunship.

There are also actual cheats in the game that make getting points even easier, but since I'm happy that you found another way, I ain't tellin. :p

While this cheat is marginably workable with other ships, the hard lander gets you 2k every time you do it if you recycle its beam. Also hi Wick it's Toby! Flippin' love the game, man!

I'm really a fan of hacks like this, I feel that they're valuable in giving people the option to skip grinding they don't want to do. I'm all for people taking control of their own play experiences.

That's a good find Toby. I think I agree with Wick here, if people want to do that it's fine.

When I played Doom as a young lad I hit the cheat codes during every session. Now I play without them but I still had fun.

got a new one: at stage 2 you can repeatedry to go to Eden, each attempt cooling down your pilots by 1. pretty minor but still fun to notice!
