GAME WON'T START PLZ HALP!

I've tried verifying and re-downloading to no avail.
Anyone else getting this error?

*** Update 4.5hrs in It works for me, disabled the Firewall and rebooted the PC.
Possible solution is turning off your Firewall and Rebooting. It only worked for me when I rebooted the PC. It's worked for 8 people so far.(Let me know if it worked for you)

Same here. It wants me to download the game when I look at it in uplay but it doesnt do anything when I hit download.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it doesn't say download in Uplay it just says play but I still get the same error when I start up.
