You're gonna have to be way more specific than that. Are you stuck in a dungeon? Probably the Temple Mine if that's the case. The general advice for "I'm missing a key" is "explore what you can until you find one."

check your map and look for exits in the rooms. chances are you have missed hidden rooms that are on the other side of rock walls you need to break with bombs.
