How do non-Spheromancers complete the temples?
As far I can tell you need (big)balls for many puzzles, which is Spheromancer thing only? How do Pentafists/Quadroguards, etc. able to do it?

I mean they all have projectiles, the difference is in skillset. Not sure about pentafist though, I heard they like close range.

It could also be that they have instanced dungeons for each type of class. But then again there's a lot of puzzles outside of dungeons too.

I like to think each puzzles has different obstacles for whatever class you are which matches. This may explain why the group is separated. Although its also because it may be cheaper and too easy when you have buddies helping you out. It can be both.

It's implied that this is the case at different points throughout the game. Essentially, combat encounters are the same while puzzles are suited to the class.

It may be true, since Emilie would mention certain enemies through dungeon racing. So its more likely both of you encounter the same enemies and as well as amount of enemies. Puzzles are different but combat is the same.
All classes have access to VRPs, the major difference is their Circuit and charge abilities are different from Spheromancers.

Combat and puzzles are the same for all classes, at least up front, but how a class approaches combat differs from the others.

Probably the most major difference with ranged attacks mentioned in-game, by C'Tron, is that Hexacasts' attacks apparently are homing. Pentafists can certainly use ranged attacks as much as Spheromancers, however players tend to gravitate towards the class because they like to get up close and personal.

So it's not that they *can't* do these things, it's that they just typically prefer to fight close-quarters.
