do you think i should restart the game?
so a bit of explaning,i started playing when this game was in early acsses and since then i had alot of stuffs on my hands so i wasnt able to play it.
last time i played it was on sept 6 2018,iirc i had the fire/ice power and i think pink/pruple and dark green color?i cant recall there names or uses.
i do remember that the last time i played they added the stoy line to the fire temple and i started doing that.
do you think i should re-start my save or just breaking my head for 2-4 hours trying to remember everything?

I had 3 to 4 attempts for this game and haven't finished it yet but I always played from the already existing save, never from the beginning.
However those purple and green power from what I remember are quite tricky to pull off on puzzle rooms if you haven't played for long time.
If I were you I would continue from your save. Every time I quited was due to the "big brain time" but also when I came back I managed to solve puzzle it just took me way more time than it should.
Playing from an old save can cause issues like missing monsters on the encyclopedia, since the save file is outdated.
I had that issue, even after finding everything, I couldn't get the monster percent counter to 100%, so in the end I unfortunately had to edit my save to "cheat" to 100%.

I'd start over if i were you. Lots of content you're going to forget you completed or didnt complete.
If your softlocked then yes restart

I started replaying myself recently, and there are some changes I noticed in the early game already too. Like in newbie harbour, most of the market things are just compact in the center area instead of scattered about as much (though there is a new shop hub up in a new area north of that later on). Inside the place where you get your first quest with the space hologram thing. There is a bullitan board that shows you all available quests in the town and who gives them. Though the people behind the counter don't give quests anymore. I'm not sure but I think the trading materials from the shopkeepers were changed around a bit too.

They aren't major but it's nice to see some changes that don't really hurt the game in any way from what I can tell.
