My Star Sign is Libra Question

Hey y'all I could use a little help with this achievement. I'm about to go to Vermillion Wasteland for the second time but wanted to complete as much as I can b'cuz I'm guessing this is the Finale.

I have all but the following Traders:
- 14/15 In Ba'kii Kum - looked everywhere, according to Wiki, there are only 14. Did the brewing quest there, also obtained Spiral Drill there.
46/56 (!) Rookie Harbor - I find it hard to believe I missed that many vendors. This would be like an entire new city section?

I'm down to only "challenge" quests for Bergen/Gaia Avantgarde and I think I did pretty much every other sidequest including the one with the Heavy Laser Turret Boss and the "Glitch Boss", both in the desert.

The guides on steam seem to be a little outdated as well. Any help is very much appreciated!

edit: after going back and forth in both towns, talking to everybody I could, the numbers jumped to 15/15 and 51/56. I don't quite know what happened but it drives me somewhat crazy: I went back to Ba'Kii Kum and I am 110% positive there's only 14 traders there... I also unlocked the Crab thing at the brewing machine, maybe this somehow counted but if so, that would be even weirder, as it's still only one trader in the brewery.

edit2: apparently one must look through every merchants inverntory with r1/l1 in order to unlock statistics progress, which does not refer to the number of vendors apparently (at least not in these two locations)..... just in case someone might come across the same issue :P

It's not that you need to look through the inventories. Some merchants update inventories after certain stages in the story, usually temples of their region; if you visit them prior to their update, the log will be incomplete. The best way to go about the achievement and log completion is to wait until completing the final temple, then sweep through every merchant.

Yeah it worked for me, although I'm guessing there's still a Dungeon ahead? Can I go back once I'm in the Wasteland and "finished" with the main quest line?. I'd like to do some more Arena fights and maybe get the Ice Skates and attempt some more Bergen Trials.

Once you're in the wasteland, I believe you're stuck (been a while since I beat the game, so can't exactly remember). But, once you've completed the last temple and are supposed to explore Sapphire Ridge solo, you can get every merchant outside of the wasteland ones to 100%.
