You can't unlock the wrong door in So'najiz. From Trial of Impulses, there is a locked door to the west in Standing Conveyance that, playing normally, you will not have a key for. Solve the puzzle on your side of the door to exit back east on the upper platforms, and then open the door further east to Fast Conveyance. There is a key in that room.

If for some reason you already collected that key and decided to use it elsewhere, then go where you used it and keep exploring along that path instead, until you find another key.

Some of the dungeons are a bit confusing. Along with what wervyn says, you probably are confused and will be fine =)

I unlocked the upper key path in the standing conveyance room. and cant find another path for another key, unless i need to go all the way back and do another puzzle? I guess i am lost and confused lol

Well, as Wervyn said, there will ALWAYS be a way for you to not be stuck. Search every corners. Maybe you missed something without knowing. At least I know I never found a way to be stuck.

Hah! Well, tecnically the game is very well made, so that It's very unlikely that you'll get heavily stuck'd inside a dungeon. BUT! (buut~) I can tell that there was a moment I was even forced to use a map teleporter to get out of a spot I couldn't run out of... It was at Sapphire Ridge
Except for a Spot in Gaia's Garden, in the Infested Part of it, that I reached from above through inaccurate jumping, the Spot was in the Waters, I also neven encountered an unescapable spot where I needed to teleport.
