Cross Code lag fix. PLEASE PIN

A lot of people are complaining about lag and this is caused by using full screen mode. Play in windowed if this happens the and the problem is gone. It's not ideal but the game is amazing so it's better than not playing it at all. Hope this helps anyone who is looking for a fix.

Wow! It's almost as if playing in windowed mode instead of full-screen lets the game run at a lower resolution and reduces strain on the computer. How amazing. Why doesn't everyone this insightful get a trophy for being so SO helpful. Totally deserving of being pinned for all to see.

The resolution doesn't change when it's in windowed. And it has nothing to do with the computer needing the extra resolution drop. My PC is perfectly capable of running any game to date, full blast, at any resolution. So, if that were the issue it wouldn't be an issue for me. So stop being a ♥♥♥♥, dumbass.
