Didn't play since 0.9, what's new?
Did clear 1st area, snow place, desert and forest as I remeber, aimed to 100%, with multiclass old guy quest, and such.
Do I need to start anew, or I am good? (Is something added to a game part I played already?)

Is the super hard "tutorial quest", which dives some eeh weapon still superd hard? (last in dojo I think).

I remember getting the key in the first (main) zone, that opened something (oservatory I think), but when I tried to enter, it was "not implemented yet, sorry".
I assume it should be implemented since 1.0, but is it?
Kinda wanted to wait, till it was done.

A lot is new. While you can start with your save pretty safely, at this point I'd probably recommend just starting at the beginning. While it's not largely different up to the end of the desert, you haven't played it for at least a year or more, and there are enough little changes that it's worth it to see. Also, depending on when you started your save file (i.e. 0.8 or earlier), it's possible to be locked out of a complete 100% file without some save editing.

The dojo quest is unchanged in content, it's simply been moved to the mid-game to better justify its difficulty. The observatory is also enterable (related now to a quest that runs through the whole game), but I'd advise that entering the observatory is a lot more about the journey than the destination, what's in there is just a little bonus lore (and extra CP).
Yeah, but I'm like 31 hours in on the save, so don't think I want to start new one, if it not mandated.
I like tested each corner of each screen for secrets last time, and not sure that I care enough to repeat that.
well you can also just rush to end the game and use new game + when that is released.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEErrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm a lot of it is new, + I started this game on 0.8.
The best part is just try and dicover it by yourself, and go back here if you want to know more about something you just discovered...
