How to solve vp9 codec error without windows store

First, the link to the vp9 codec is referred here, as per official troubleshooting sources

Use that link and enter it here
https://store.rg-adguard.net/
Enter the link to the windows store page here and select "Retail" then search.
Download the one ending with ".appxbundle" and not ".eappxbundle" or "BlockMap"
Open PowerShell and enter

Add-AppxPackage -Path 

then drag the downloaded package directly into the powershell window, which should automatically add the correct path to the package. Then press enter.
Worked for me even while the game was running.
