Hi, sorry but there is no patch notes as it is only the reverse of the previous patch. Due to the problems with previous patch occuring on some configurations we had to revert it.

We're currently working on a bigger PC patch, that will be released really soon - it will adress problems with corrupted save data and add improvements like cloud saving.

But a little more serious regarding this question.
The patch is only going to address the corrupt saves and cloud?
You won't be optimizing the game with that patch too?

Yes, it does for me now.

It seems that this patch broke my save...25 hours of gameplay and progression gone...all weapons are locked again and all skills have been almost reset back to their basic skills.

Small edit...it seems I am still at act 4 but only the first weapons are now available to me in each category. A great patch indeed.

DEVS - It would have been good to know the list of changes made in the previous patch that caused so many problems for most folks. We may be able to help fix if we knew what was changed.

I Applaud CI Games!

After reading this forum for the past hour I must admit i'm pretty depressed. So many people are putting down this game, trying to compare it to Wildlands when it's not even close to being the same game and talking about issue after issue - Let it be known that I've only had a SiNGLE glitch after many hours of gameplay and that was my fault, I got stuck on a porch I don't think they ever planned for a player to get on, it was Just a lucky fall in Act 3.

These Developers have been actually listening to us, fixing each problem as they've been mentioned and keep making the game better. I'm not sure how many of you're game programmers but it is NOT en easy task. Legit, nothing easy about it, some people seem to think it's just a simple cut and paste, boom.. fixed! Not even close!

I'm playing this game with a GTX 950 FTW 2 GB Card and have barely a single issue, Yes I lose some frames when the weather effects enter the game but that's to be expected. They could just remove the rain/snow but yet you'll would just complain that it's gone... They can't win.

I'm most definitely looking forward to seeing what's coming next, future DLC, and the addition of multiplayer and think it's a great idea to wait utnil the game's better optimized before they add it to offer the best experience possible.

u r right when u say u cannot compare GR Wildlands with SGW bcs they r differ games
and i can also agree tht there is 2 much mimimi,same as u i haven't any major issues so far
and i dont have a Gaming Rig,not really (I3,GTX9604GB,SSD) i have FPS around 40
on highest settings.sure the Game has some flaws and bugs but thts kinda normal when u consider how many differ Rig's and setups r out there!!!

i own GRW and SGW the only Sniper Game i am missing atm is Sniper Elite 4 and i must say
I really enjoyed GRW and SGW very much,content is not the same,GRW is more of an Open World than SGW,SGW has better sniping and such things but those r based on personal likings.
both games have their moments and r worth to check out,IF u like sniper games
great job from such a small company vs one of the biggest ,if not the biggest ;)
to even be compared with

so i just hope the new patch comes very soooooonish ;)

Exactly. I also have no idea why people are comparing this to Wildlands. It''s a totally different type of game. It's a lone sniper game, just like they have ALWAYS done, with the first two Sniper Ghost Warriors and Enemy Front. These devs know what they do well, and that is a fairly realistic (for the player) Sniper sim wrapped up in a story.

As to the bugs...what bugs? My first bug was the last patch before today's, which made my sniper repair kit not work. Today they rolled it back. You know why? Because it is CI people, and they have always listened and made fixes! :-) I have made copies of my saves because of a number of complaints, but I haven't lost any of those either.

So those with issues, let them know, like civilized people, and you'll be surprised what responses you get. They are a small AA studio, and yet are more responsive than Ubisoft ever was or will be. So no more comparisons to AAA Wildlands that isn't even the same type of game.
