VSync: Off (I set this to Adaptive in the NVidia control panel)
Framerate: Variable
AA: None (I actually prefer no AA to the blurry AA this game uses, and the jaggies aren't too bad anyways)
HDR: Low (I think High only adds performance-heavy god rays, while Low still has them, just not as overpowering)
Shadows: Medium (Looks almost just as good as high settings, but is a very big fps boost)
Textures: High
Texture Filtering: 8x
Grass: High
Effect Volume: Medium (Don't notice much different with High, except it hits performance when a lot of healing and other effects are going on)
Distance Scaling: Medium (Again, difference is hard to tell from High, and this one really hits performance in a lot of areas)
Depth of Field: Off (More personal preference, but still has a subtle fps hit)
Camera FOV: 10 (Another personal preference, don't notice this one really affecting fps much)
Wow amazingly good tip, most games require v-syn to run smoothly for me, but in some rare cases o have to turn it off to even be able to run a game at low fps, and in this case v-sync tunred off helped a lot, thx :D
