I this game completely dead?

I tried to log in last month but obviously all servers timed out. After logging in the game is quite glitchy and crashed. Do people still play this game at all? Do they still steal money in cash shop? I heard the game was shutting down? Is it true?

Some play, not many though. There's still a cash shop, but with all the hacks, and dupiing going on, I doubt it's making much any more. For the rest, check out other threads here, like the one linked below, particularly towards the later half, could look for a bullet point list I posted.
