i tried that already...
the toggle used to work before the latest update (KB5019509)
now the "toggle system console" just gets minimize it keeping it open
it looks like they turned "command prompt" to "Windows Terminal"
i found a "fix" for now at least
"If you do not wish to use Windows Terminal as the default console program, you can go into Settings > Privacy & security > For developers and change the Terminal setting from 'Let Windows Decide' to 'Windows Console Host'. "

Based on the issues people keep having, Windows 11 ist just bad, no idea why anyone would use it at this point. It's like a rerun of Vista.
the good old command prompt window pops up as blender starts and then goes away like the good old days...
lets hope they wont remove it in the future and force us the new atrocity
