What is this unique armor?

So I was looking at the data files and I saw this armor http://imgur.com/a/oUXJg

In the actual game I never found an armor that looks like that, is that armor in the game or not?

The armor of Davkul. It's supposed to be in, but no one has found it yet, it seems.
(Same for the Mask of Davkul.)

Your pic is the good one if i recall correctly, but the way to get it is a secret known by the devs only...

Okay so 1st pic is really strange, I don't think it is in the game, may be an older version like you said.

Oh, it's in the game. You just need to be a little open-minded here and there, and allow certain religious sorts into your mercenary band whilst embracing the odd ritual or two.

I'd argue that nothing can beat it, not even the Emperor's set, but I've yet to see the full armour of Davkul yet.

Last time that image was modified was August 16 2016, so it's noticeably older than any of the current legendaries and it doesn't have either blue or red glow. Perhaps it was meant to be a suit/armor for Necromancers, it kinda fits their theme.

Edit: Also that Davkul helmet, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If the armor has the same effect, you're basically invincible, especially with Underdog and Battle Forged. Add Steel Brow and even crossbows become almost a joke. Only thing that could reliably kill you would be Geists, or a bunch of Goblins with Notched Blades...
