Frickin sound byte COGITATORS...
It came from a TT game involving behemoth ships kilometres long and i can 180 degree spin a battleship or completely halt it in seconds; do I really have to point out how wrong it feels to been able to do so.
Tag Cog while not being a solution at least brings back some weight to the engagements which otherwise feel like motorboats battleground.
ultimatly its up to you the individual player on how much you use the tactical cogitators, i really don't see why we should all loose out on what i think is a handy ability, just because a few people choose to over use it and rob themselves of game play value
