This new version of the game must be installed on the C:/ Drive. Steam will "store and download" the tracks for the workshop in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\363430

IF the game is not installed on the C:/ drive the track cannot find the Workshop downloads.

This will be updated in the future. Sorry for the mix up. :/

For now you can always change the path in the beginning of the game when you are entering your steam name. During the yellow updater screen comes up you can click "edit" at the bottom and enter the location of your workshop download folder. (if you have installed in a different location other than the C:/ Drive.)

You can also just look on the other hard drive that your games are on and on the loading screen in game where you enter your name... you can change the location of the steam workshop location paths by clicking "edit".

It should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\363430 but may be somewhere similar for the other drive.

I just have not found out yet where the "mods" from the workshop are stored when the default is not on the C: drive. I am sure they are in a similar area.
