Help! My online play is hitching badly

[Blue Lightning]

BM online, is badly hitching. Latency is good (40), yet the frames are lagging so bad, it is unplayable. My single player is fine.
I reloaded the game, didnt help. I rebooted my WiFi, my comp, cleared game cache....still nothing.
What is causing this? (win 11 laptop, plenty of Ram and vid card and CPU). Always played well until a few days back). Could a new Steam update caused this?
