its not the game that needs it. its your pc. when the cpu is to slow, outside fps drops

I updated my GPU recently but had no issues on the old one (RTX 3070)

The game has kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimization. I had issues with it before putting a few commands in the launch options

My config is nothing to write home about, but it's clear some parts of the game are much more demanding than others. That's why people use the outside sessions of Surface Tension to bechmark/test.

Funny coincidence there. I had to give up playing on my old machine when I got to "We've Got Hostiles" because my graphics card couldn't handle it.

And then I upgraded to an RTX 3070, and man does this baby fly! So much better to play when your GPU can handle the load.
