I solved it choosing the disable steam input option in the properties of the game.

Just did that, didnt work Edit: fixed, added exec command in console. Game is so much better when you can control your movement speed

go in game options, turn on dev console
then press tilde button "`" above tab, then copy this there
no quotes "exec 360controller"
then close and play
