Yes! In case chapters are locked, the console command is sv_unlockedchapters X where X is the chapter number.
Edit: The chapters should be unlocked by default on the new UI, but should you have or want to use the old UI, then the above command is to use.

And how do you make a console command? I know it's maybe the key that looks like a ~ but how do I make it? (I copied that key from Google) (Danish keyboard)
If that doesn't work, you can make the console automatically open at launch by setting the Launch Option: -console
You can find that by Right Clicking the game in your Steam Library and choose Properties, it should be right there at the bottom of the General tab.
Again, can you play from the Xen-chapters when opening the game for the first time?
