To rule out some common causes I have some tips I would advise trying below:
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Ensure your network is configured [ubi.li] for the game
Should you then continue to have trouble, just let us know and we will be more than happy to help.
This issue happens ONLY AFTER A RANDOM DISCONNECT (energy down, or ISP down) and then to reconnect to a previously ongoing ranked match.
To star a new match is fine, to start a arcade game it's fine... only RECONNECT that is giving this error.
