Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

Get kick from a game "connection issues" then i can't reconnect to my ranked game. I can join quick play just fine. My internet isn't the issue, this is the only game that i have issues with. I've restarted my game and PC. This has happened 3 times this month.

Does anyone know what else i can do? The game is a fresh install, I don't alt tab.

Thank you for kindly reaching out, sorry to hear that you encounter this connection issue despite having no connection trouble with other games.

To rule out some common causes I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Ensure your network is configured [ubi.li] for the game

Should you then continue to have trouble, just let us know and we will be more than happy to help.

This issue happens ONLY AFTER A RANDOM DISCONNECT (energy down, or ISP down) and then to reconnect to a previously ongoing ranked match.

To star a new match is fine, to start a arcade game it's fine... only RECONNECT that is giving this error.

Yes, i can queue for a quick play game and get into it while my ranked game is still going on.

жесть разраб тролит. да, чел, мы спецом посреди игры дисконимся после 3ч игры, меняем настройки брандмауера и антивируса, переустанавливаем игру на другой диск, потом пробуем вернуться 5 минут, лутаем час отдыха и возвращаем все обратно, регаем некст
