mouse inputs randomly stop
just started playing R6 again in years and today i noticed a bug that im pretty sure is the reason I quit last time. Randomly while playing the game my mouse inputs will randomly stop or 'stutter' I will be firing and suddenly my gun will stop firing and i can no longer look around for a bit. It starts working again after a few seconds but you can see why this would be bad especially in the middle of a fight (where it usually happens). I should also state this is the only game it happens on.

Hey Mynx,

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you find your mouse input stops working randomly despite having no issues in other games.

To rule out some common causes I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Siege
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated

Should this then persist, can I check the make and model of your mouse and do you have any other devices connected to your computer?

Many thanks
Are you using wireless mouse?

Hey there,

Do you have any other input devices connected when you're playing? Controllers, pedals, steering wheels, graphic tablets anything like that? If you do please try disconnecting those or keeping them switched off. It's possible that it is switching to another input device temporarily as it's detecting some input from something else and as a result there is a bit of lag that occurs when it switched over and then switches back to mouse and keyboard again.

I'd also suggest if your mouse has the functionality to play wired as well to try that instead of your bluetooth connection to see if the problem seems to be isolated seems to be isolated just to bluetooth.
