Infinite black screen crash.....again
Haven't been able to boot up the game since yesterday, tried every fix like before and did nothing

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that you encounter this black screen crash when you boot up the game.

You mentioned that you have tried every fix. To help prevent us repeating steps, can I check what steps you have tried?

In the mean time however I would advise if you haven't already to complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]

verify game files, reinstall game, update drivers dx and everything, even reinstall windows non of them help

Can I check your system spec so we can help further troubleshoot? We are looking to ensure that your device meets the system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for Siege.

In addition, can I check if there were any updates on your system before this stopped working?

no system update the only game related update is nvidia game driver

In addition to the steps you have already tried would it be possible to follow the steps below to rule out some common causes.

- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Ensure you have Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] installed and updated
- Launch Ubisoft Connect, Steam and Siege using admin rights [ubi.li] to ensure permissions are granted.

Should this then persist, would it be possible to explain exactly what happens when you try launching the game?

Both+the game is on the same drive, already whitelisted, also up to date, tried with launch with admin but still crashed

Launch the game on steam like usual, Ubisoft Connect pops up syncing save like usual, logo or I don't know what that call appears, then black screen and stuck there for like a minute then crashed to desktop

Thanks for confirming. Can you please try a clean boot of your system? This will start your PC with only the basic programs needed, stopping any potential conflicts.
