I can't play ranked, why?
I can't play ranked, why?

It keeps saying activate account safety, I have done this. I have added a phone number, I have activated the authenticator, yet it keeps telling me to activate it. Not sure what else to do !

Anyone know how to fix this ??!

I also contacted the support, but they are also not very helpful.
Did u log out your Ubisoft Client?

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play ranked, despite fulfilling the requirements. I see you mentioned that you've contacted my colleagues over at the Ubisoft Support - so I recommend following their advice, as they have more visibility on your Ubisoft Account and what could be causing the issue ^-^
