Can't join friend's squad to play together

hi

so yeah when I try to join my friends squad in the game so that we can play together in multiplayer theres always an error message that pops up saying that the connection has failed with the code [2-0x00000067]. And when I try to invite him, the same message pops up on his computer. Ubisoft's website hasnt been a lot of help so can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

1. Be sure all invites from the party leader are being sent from the squad menu, not the Uplay overlay party menu. You have to ACCEPT from the overlay party menu, but do no initiate from there.
2. Check to be sure that you aren't mixing NAT types. You can see this in the upper right hand corner of the menu. NAT types should be the same across the party (Open, Strict, Moderate). Having one player with open NAT type, and another with strict NAT type, will result in an error.

I still have the issue?
We have same NAT type, and leader invted. Dident work for both of us.

I have this problem but we can play together for a little while and then it will randomly just stop us and we can't play for an unknown amount of time. Usually the next day.

He has an open NAT and I have moderate. However, I forwarded all the ports on their suggested thing, I tried cycling UPnP, I disabled Windows Firewall. I don't know how else to get my NAT to open and/or stop us from not being able to connect

Same problem here! nobody seems to be talking about this and it is seriously infuriating. This should've been fixed the next day, but I don't think Ubisoft has even acknowledged this.

Have the same, we have this game for about 50 days, and we want to paly together so bad! Please ubisoft fix this stupid issue!

Hey guys,

i read the discussion on 24th of December 2016 because I had the same problem. i tried for 2 or 3 days to play with my friend. It never worked for us. We tried turning off firewall or changing party properties. None of these helped.

So i had an idea: I installed HAMACHI so we maybe could play a "local" game. Which worked fine at the first try. but 1 vs 1 isn't very exciting. So we stopped playing local and tried it one last time to play together in a squad. I invited him. 2 seconds later he joined the Party.

Our setup is as follows:

Installed HAMACHI - created a Network and joined each other.
Party Properties: doesn't matter
Firewall: was turned off first time - but also worked with firewall turned on
NAT TYPE: both of us OPEN - don't know if it also works with different NAT types

I hope this will solve the Problem for you and your friends until ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solves this issue.

Not to mention that sometimes doesn't wok. And Ubi doesn't even tell the proper ports.

I occasionally get this error with my brother. We can't join each other, however we can both join our friend and be in THAT squad together. This isn't really a fix, but it is the only way my brother and I can do it. Just having a mutual friend invite us, although I know this isn't really possible for everyone.

Have the same problem, i have one friend that i cant play together wihout someone else "hosting" the party....
With any other friend there have been no isssues so far
Any ideas how to resolve it?
