Can't buy currency..
When i try to purchase credits it says redirecting to steam and nothing happens. Already tried to restart the game, both uplay, steam and my pc and nothing helped. Both steam overlay and uplay overlay is turned on, web browser cache is cleared in steam, both started in administrator. This is the first time this happened in 4 years. Is it a problem on steams side, or ubisofts side, or my side? This been going on for 2 days now.

Hello Dubi,

You may have experienced a 24-hour delay, if you have tried to make multiple purchases in a short space of time.

As you have since waited a full 24 hours and you are still unable to purchase any credits/items for the game, please check the following steps known to help >>

FIX 1: If using a VPN, please disable this before making a purchase, please make sure to also use the correct currency for your location

FIX 2: Make sure your game has been fully updated and your game launcher

FIX 3: When attempting the purchase, have you selected the correct payment method, and have you ticked the 'terms of purchase' options if any are displayed?

FIX 4: Are you able to purchase any other credit amounts at all, or are all credit amounts not working for you?

FIX 5: Delete your temporary cache files in your game launcher, which may be using up memory and causing issues with this purchase >

Fix 1: I don't have a VPN.

Fix 2: The game is fully updated.

Fix 3: I selected the correct payment method, the only option for me is steam, and i ticked the 'terms of purchase' option.

Fix 4: Can't purchase any other credit packs.

Fix 5: Did both.

Fix 6: Can't do that because i already added the money to steam, the way i always purchased credits since 4 years.

Fix 7: I have the correct country selected, every other purchase on steam works.

Fix 8: If i turn off the ubisoft connect overlay the currency tab doesn't even work, when i turn off the steam overlay it still gets stuck on redirecting, then the tab closes and nothing happens.

Isn't it because of the server degradation that is happening at Ubisoft?..

Purchased the currency on the Ubisoft website, the ingame store for currency still doesn't work for me.
